Designed with slate blue tones, clean Epilogue sans-serif typography, and JetBrains Mono for all numbers — Hearth is as pleasant to look at as it is useful. Light and dark mode included.

4 live stat tiles (pending tasks, due this month, this year's cost, warranties expiring), overdue task panel, due-this-month panel, recent repairs, expiring warranties, and an annual budget progress bar. The sidebar shows your upcoming 4 tasks at a glance with colour-coded status dots.

✓ Tasks

Schedule maintenance tasks by category (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, and more) with priority levels, due dates, and recurrence (weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, annual, biennial). Tasks auto-calculate their next due date when marked done. Overdue tasks highlighted in red, due-soon in amber.

🔧 Repair Log

Log every fix with date, cost, category, who did it (DIY / Contractor / Warranty claim), and contractor name. Full edit history included.

🛡 Warranties

Track appliances and products with purchase date, expiry date, serial number, and claim notes. Automatically sorted into Active, Expiring Soon (within 6 months), and Expired.

📞 Contacts

A service provider directory with star ratings, hourly rates, phone, email, and notes — sorted by rating so your best contractors are always at the top.

💰 Costs

Full financial view: all-time total, this year's spend, budget vs actual with a progress bar, and a full breakdown by category.
